  • i dont think cholesterol is a nutrient. You can increase or decrease your cholesterol level with the foods you eat and the amount of exercise you do... But I amy be wrong

  • I am in on the challange. Lately, I have not been able to stop myself from eating way too much. The thing is I will do really well during the day and come night time I lose self controll. So I am stoping my food intake at 8pm everyday.

  • I wish I was able to do it once a week. I weighed my self daily.I take my measurements everyday just because I dont have a scale. now i am studying abroad and I have not touched the scale in 20days. i feel awful.
