Nice.......................... I like this post. I find everything you say to be true. I have tried a few of those methods in the past and found that exercise and eating well work.... But...its a slow process and it is a lifestyle change so it should be that way anyways...

you have to understand that weight fluctuates... I am a little ways off from my goal...but in the beginning of the week I was 133 and friday I was at 133.8 and I was disappointed.. It just happens, but you have to work on it and figure out what works for you. Are you still working out?

OMG...thanks for that info... I have seen that I do not nearly get enough fiber....OMG. We are supposed to get 30g or so and I average around 15 ....:grumble: (no wonder I have not been frequenting the bathroom .... :blushing: heheh )

I tried the 5 times a day eating thing. Insted I gained weight. I went back to 3 times a day and workign out and I lost weigjt. It depends on your body...some people feel just fine eating 5 times adn some like me gain.... good luck

your diet looks pretty good.But you have to remember all of that food adn water adds weight. What you probably need to do is weigh yourself in on one day where your carbs are kinda low and you dont drink as much water. You should also do it in the morning...

I do that sometimes too... I dont go to sleep untill 1 or 2 am . But I try to get a time when I stop eating completely. Also you cna try eating a later dinner. Say at like 8??? or something else you can do is divide your dinner into 5 mini portions. and have one every hour???

your best bet is eat lots of vegetables.... you could probably have 3 or 4 salads with greens, tomatoes, cucumbers. etc...
