I started with walking daily, then completed 30 Day Shred. Then I went off a little bit and when I started up again I worked out 3 times a week doing a mix of outdoor cardio and calisthenics. Now I'm back to walking and I'm gonna start 30 Day Shred again!

Definitely push through!! I only lost 5 pounds throughout 30 Day Shred (3 more days left), but my body has changed so much!! So physical looks wise, 30 Day Shred has definitely contributed a lot!!! I'm probably doing Ripped in 30 once I'm done :happy:
