My weight loss journey started in December 2012. It's been a long two years and I have definitely gone up and down, but I am confident that I will continue to make progress this coming year and will be able to post another success story next December!

32 Pounds Lost - Similar shirt. (During)
5'7" I started eating healthier and exercising with my sister on December 31st. It's been tough and there have been plenty of times when I've wanted to give up, but I've come way too far to go back now. I still have a lot to lose, but progress pictures motivate me to continue stronger.

I'm on the left @ 239 pounds on Thanksgiving 2012: Here I am before going out to the bar @ 212 pounds on Friday: I started counting calories, eating healthy and exercising on New Year's Eve, 2012. For reference, I'm 5'7". I have a way to go, but I am excited and happy about my progress.

For about a week now, I have been doing terribly. My grandmother passed away last Tuesday and I haven't been able to get back on track. I need to kick the frozen meal habit.
My mom stopped cooking regular meals when I was in my teens, so we got TV dinners a lot (stouffers, lean cuisine, smart ones, and even banquet, etc. -_-). I got so used to them that it's been the hardest thing to quit since starting my new lifestyle, but I know it's not helping me. Any advice on what should I do?
