I started eating healthier and exercising with my sister on December 31st. It's been tough and there have been plenty of times when I've wanted to give up, but I've come way too far to go back now. I still have a lot to lose, but progress pictures motivate me to continue stronger.

pictures really do help show progress... especially when that dreaded scale doesn't want to move! I found a picture of myself from 2 years ago and compared it to what I saw in the mirror yesterday wearing the same shirt to work... I was like WOAH! lol So you are doing a great job, keep up the good work.
