I weigh myself first thing in the morning once a week. I learnt not to torture myself by weighing myself continuously throughout the day as your body will naturally fluctuate...for me this can be 1-2lbs. I try not to live by the scale as this can be detrimental to my success.

Great advice and inspiring words :o) I agree that you have to take baby steps to make lifestyle changes otherwise it can become overwhelming. Congrats on the weight loss

I have fruit salad and a coffee first thing. Around 10am I'll have a bowl of porridge with banana OR Bran Flakes.

Thanks guys, some great ideas here that I will definitely give a go :o) It's so so easy to get stuck in a dieting rut and eat the same foods continuously.
