Well done! I have just downloaded couch to 5K for my phone and want to start tomorrow. I have a 5K booked for July but ideally want to be already well able to run it and doing the Ease to 10K by then! How'd you train? I bet you feel great now! Well done again x

Really like the sound of this- have just downloaded the app and checked out the webpage. I think Mon I shall be starting- have signed up for a 5K on 1st July and intend to run the entire thing. Watch this space

Maybe to each their own but I use the 3-4hours rule and have lost 3 stone and dont feel hungry or cravings. Its also what I have read in most of the research I have read. I agree Weetabix isnt filling despite its claims. I always have porridge, made with Soy milk and a tablespoon of Linseed (Flaxseed). Working less so have a better work life balance Cut out alcohol completely Switched to Soy Milk for my porridge etc. - now only have cow's milk in my tea (small drop) Am back doing pilates and yoga to have more relaxation time and switch my mind off
