Hello :) I am new to the sight. I have in the past tried to eat less thinking Id lose more. After taking a class on how to boost your metabolism, and being told to eat more. (5-6 small meals a day) I am starting that plan today. My RMR is 1763. So they recommended 1809 kcal/day. No more, No less! I am encouraged to see it…
