competition. meathead(ball)s=competition for you. you want to make them look bad. little old lady=adore the ground you walk on. you have to keep that **** around to make you feel good.

simply stay away from the items you know are not healthly. try to google the item you're eating and do a "guess-amation on calories, in an effort to get some accountability.

never transferred over from WW. i read about this in a magazine a couple years ago and tried it. stopped doing it and a month ago started again. it's a great site. you'll find people who think it's for fitness webiste and you'll find people who are struggling to lose weight who are very supportive.

i never wanted to be a jogger/runner BUT i'm trying. using the treadmill, i jog the straights and walk the curves. i start slowly and work my way up in pace. my only goal is to run around the entire track. i figure my body will tell me when i'm ready.

cheating=anything not logged, anything excessive and not in moderation I.E. instead of 2 cookies, 5 cookies.

starting= 206 last week=196 currently=193 i realize i probly don't have to put ALL the numbers out BUT.....i get soooo excited to seeing them together typed out!!!!! this is a lifestyle change and i'm doing good!!!

join your local YMCA......no one cares there. there's individual person trainers but she/he's too busy HELPING people they could care less about those who are HELPING themselves

i've seen this question before. can't get 1200 calories.....wow. how did you gain the weight? do some research too. learn what's good and what's not good. i have no problem eating 1200 and my exercise calories too. i eat a wide variety, some good, some bad. i didn't cut it all out. i make better moderate choices, exercise…

i read the first book very quickly, second book sorta quickly and about 4 months later....book 3 is half done. it was predictable and i was bored reading about all the sex
