40DD start, now a 38DD feels good. cup has not gone down. i don't like how they "deflate".

some of the things i've learned on here is, it's not necessarily how much you're eating but what you're eating. are you eating alot of salty foods? do your clothes fit any different? my scale fluctuates up and down but i do note my clothes are much less tight. maybe try taking measurement....might be less discouraging. i…

my plan is to continue daily workouts and eat in moderation. So far, so good. Plus I'm trying my best NOT to beat myself up over the scale "love/hate" relationship. Me and that dude....we are gonna throw down someday!!!!!

i eat my exercise calories too. actually i've been alittle under a couple of times but i'm never "hungry". when it's time to eat, i'm ready but i'm not starved and obsessed with food. this web site has an incredible database of different foods. i generally over estimate, on purpose because of the theory, people tend to under estimate. it's not precise but works for me. Good luck.

stick with it mary. this site is great. i would of not lasted a week without it. even on days you do poorly, consumption or exercise, wise.....log it all. it's a wake up call. i log it all and it's a big wake up call for me. i think before i consume and also i'm slowly learning the rewards of exercise. good luck

yes what you've said will be of benefit. it's the realization i'm not alone in this whole process. it's the "mindset" required to make the right choices i'm afraid of losing. it can be exhausting
