Check out pinterest. Tons of ideas there. My fav are spinach salads as mentioned. Sweet potato's roasted with stevia, lemon juice, cinn., and nutmeg. Tastes like pumpkin pie. Do the same with cut up apple and make cinn. apples.

The one I have learned for myself and keeps me on track is planning planning planning. Every night before I go to bed I post what I plan to eat the next day on MFP (of course), and I usually stick to it. Both mixes, Corgi/Lab and not quite sure, was told American Bulldog/Boxer possibly but he isn't big enough for the American Bulldog. Trying to add pic, hope it works.
