I have gotten this a few times. I am 5'3 and 130 lbs so not by any means skinny. I admit that I have a good BF% around 21% but I AM NOT SKINNY! Awe, thank you everyone for reading, I wasn't going to post it but felt I really should and I just did it.

When I was losing, I set my MFP right above my BMR and ate back every exercise calorie. I have a HRM so it was pretty accurate exercise calorie wise. I had 28 lbs to loose and lost about 1-2 lbs a week. I am at maintence now and have been for a few months, I am maintaining with my TDEE and eating back exercise.

I think it is realistic! You should so do it! Besides, I know you have a half coming up, then you can recover and start increasing your mileage a bit from there.... lots of time til March :happy: DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am! I eat alot!!!! Ii have been maintaining for about 2 months. am training for my first (next weekend) and 2nd half marathons (Nov 11th). Feel free to friend me! I may cut a lil after the running but only a few pounds and I will be back to maintaining :)

For me.. Fastest mile was 7:45 min mile. Slowest probably 12 min mile which is going up a steep hilly route. I used to smoke and try to run. When I quit, it took awhile but now I can run 12 miles :)

I am 5'3. I lost most of my weight when I netted 1300-1400, I like to eat so I always ate back my calories. I am training for a half marathon so right now I am maintaining at 1800 PLUS my exercise... I am always full!!!! The days that I do long runs (which could be up to 1200 on my HRM) I spread out the calories to my rest…

All great advice. I did C25k last year, completed it. I had a health set back and restarted this spring, I have ran about 6 5ks and am training for my first half in 2 weeks! I am addicted! So go get the right shoes and start slow, build a good base and then there will be nothing stopping ya. Good luck!
