I prelog most days, I have crazy busy days so logging ahead keeps me sane esp those days when 5 pm comes and I have no clue what I ate or what we r having for dinner.

Awe hon. Stop beating yourself up. You can do this! Feel free to add me as a friend. I am a busy mom of 2. Last yr at this time, I was where u are. It's amazing how 10 months of hard work and some supportive friends can help.

I do this as well. It helps me eat back the calories from burning, I usually add 300-400 calories on lift days. When I run or do Insanity, I use HRM. Good luck!

It's all about maintaining and continuing p90x for me 1. Stick to the p90x lifting days 2. Maintain my running about 10 miles a week 3. Maintain current weight through all the cookie temptations.

I am so sorry to hear your injured. I think the foot doc would be the best. Make sure they know you are a runner and they u don't intend to stop running (of course after you heal up!) Good Luck!

I was just going to post Britney. I find her annoying as he!! but I have similar measurements/height/weight except for the boobs :sad: My goal is to tone up and look more like snake Britney.

It took me 2 years to get the baby weight from my 2nd baby. Diet is 90% but don't cut too much right away or you will be tired. Maybe start with a 30 day shred type video while baby naps.

Yay! Mine is gone and it was a beautiful day! Congrats! I am weird and only got stretch marks on the back of my knees and legs when pregnant so I am now hoping those go away slightly.

I quit awhile ago. I didn't gain from quitting smoking. I gained from having babies and using that as an excuse. Oh and just being lazy! Me! I just completed week one of p90x. Not a fan of the plyo/kenpo so I am doing a hybrid starting tomorrow.

I am 5'3 but feel like I need to post because I eat ALOT compared to most. I am on maintence. Height? 5'3 Starting weight? 159 Current weight? 130 Goal Weight? At goal Age? 34 How many calories you eat a day? 1700 on rest days. 2100 on exercise. I am doing P90x to get some girl muscles!

I am 5'3 and at my goal of 130. Don't plan on losing anymore, I have great muscle tone at this weight. I am a medium build and wear a size 4 in most brands. Depending on your build, 105 may be too thin but it is your body and your preference. If u think 105 would be too thin then it probably is.

I am on my first week... Eeek! I love it so far. Advice is to get the diet on track now so it isn't so bad the first week. Also prepare to be sore so buy Advil :)
