I can relate, they just don't understand the emotional pain of being fat, I would love to be able to cross my legs. Yoga makes me want to cry, it is so defeating, the majority of the moves can't be done when you are the size of 2 people.

When I lost in the past, I was more upset at people that normally wouldn't give me the time of day, now gave me attention only because I was slim. That was hard!

Eggs,breakfast, boil them in advance,and have them through the week,add to your breakfast and lunch or dinner...hang in there....pop your on popcorn too

Since Dr. Said I can't do any walking, Zumba, etc with my ankle, after the first of Jan I bought a recumbent bike and rowing machine...just got it together...and these are ok to do with my chronic bad ankle

I am almost 300 too, but as one loses weight I discovered my outlook improves too, Praying for you mentally and physically
