Hi! I am a TX gardener too btw. I am just starting back and have a simple goal to walk 3x week min. Which averages out 90 miles for the month of April! Enjoy those flowers, as the bluebonnets in my yard are in full bloom!

I had Graves and it is harder to lose now...not.only staying under 1200 but the food you are eating. Clean eating works best for me

Good job, I lost 60 lbs 6 years ago on mfp and our son passed, 3 months later my dad passed. Gained it all back and struggled, but stayed on mfp, now I weigh less than 6 years ago!

Fantastic job. I was trying to find a blouse and I had the largest size and it didn't fit right. Sat down in disgust and took a picture. Been slowly working at it, a little over halfway

6 months inspirations are great but it took probably longer than six months to become overweight. So please dont look for quick fixes, cause usually those that lose it quickly will most likely gain it back quickly. Voice of experience.
