My first goal has been met, 30 pounds gone. I still have to do it two more times to be where I want to be! But I can’t believe the difference in my face. Started at 281, now 248, trying to get to 180. One day....

    Oh wow! That's my exact goals! I began at 280. Now 273, goal of 250 by our trip in October! I'm 5"10 but ultimate goal is to be less than 200. You can friend me if you want. My name is Judy and I'm 40 years old. I love friends with open diaries. You're looking great! Way to go!

    You look gorgeous. Very similar goals to me. I started a week ago at 290. Currently 280 and hoping to het to 172-180. Im 5'11 so not sure where i would look best yet. Good luck on your journey!

    Yes I began at 285 and now as 219. I am 5'5" and have a goal of 150 to 160 . Good puck on yoir journey .

    Thanks everyone for the positive comments! I did it mainly eating low carbs and low to no sugar. I also did an hour of cardio 5 times a week - usually Richard Simmons Disco Sweat - I know it’s old, but hey, it works for me!
