i was also afraid to lose so much weight but i got over it once i started putting my feeling first and told everyone else to kick rocks

once i upped my caloric intake i had trouble eating more also. i was scared to and i couldnt find food but the increase is well worth it

a week and a half, i was actually quite surprised. i was starving myself for too long i guess

i changed my profile to 1 pound loss per week from 2 pounds loss per week. so i went from 1350 to 1550 calories and i also work out 90 minutes a day. since i work out so much i had to eat more and that helped.

started at 210, now 182. it took about 4 months to reach 182 but i plateauing now 30 pounds til goal is achieved

i eat the whole bag. its less than 100 calories since a good number of kernels dont pop

thats what myfitnesspal said when i changed some things in my profile. it put me at 1550 or so calories i hope it works

i was working out for 90 minutes for 7 days a week and eating roughly 1350 calories. im just so frustrated

i have offered help, we go to zumba classes together but she refuses to eat healthy. her comments do really hurt me they just annoy the crap out of me. good thing i found this site because no one in my family supports me

thats what i have been doing but i cant seem to lose. i eat about 1350 calories and burn about 800 a day and the scale hasnt moved in 2 months.
