You can do it:) And for the record, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about your goals! The important thing is that you are happy with your goals:)! Wanting to get started is a GREAT goal!

Remove sugar from your diet. Eat real food not artificial low fat/ sugar free substitutes--I noticed that eating real food changed my happiness and satisfaction a LOT!! Find something you're allowed to eat (within the parameters of your plan ) and enjoy that.

I'd say write out your goals for losing weight and what losing weight will get you. Read it every day. I have a card on my fridge that says, "I want the weight loss more than I want the food" that helps!!

My husband and I went away for 2 days this week. I was thinking the same thing but we did walk quite a bit so I just decided to relax and enjoy some time alone with my husband. So, I told my friend my dilema and she sniffed me;) She said I do not stink--good to know;). I am almost certain it was my laundry soap. I do put vinegar in the machine and let it soak before I start the cycle so I thought that was enough. Switched detergents and it seems my problem is gone:) Glad it wasn't me;)!

I have a vertical scar too. I was overweight since I was a little girl but I never had a belly til that Csection;0 11 years ago. I'm hoping to have it go away as I lose and work on toning/exercise but I really do think the csection messes with the belly for a lot of moms.

I'm on day 5--I do it every other day because of back/neck issues. I'm not sure if I've changed much, but I feel toned all over--more than I did when I started;). The 1st day was rough but each time I'm doing better and I'm proud of myself for giving it a try!

Actually the salt crystal really does help--not with sweat though but that's because it's good to sweat. Thanks for the info--didn't think about hormonal activity. I'm pretty sure I am off my rocker lol but who wants to be normal right? ;)!

Actually, I rarely use "real" deodorant:) I use salt crystal. I probably typed too quickly because I'm not sure my question made sense to you:). I'm way happy to sweat and not trying to avoid sweat. My question is that it seems to me that my body smells "stinky" all the time even if I am clean or wearing clean clothing.…
