I do the same ☺️ ✅ exercise - walked over 5 miles today pushing a heavy stroller ✅ tracked ✅ calories

✅ exercise - 60+ minutes ✅ tracking ✅ calorie budget Tonight we had roasted chicken thighs and salad and a half cup of wholegrain rice. Usually I skip rice but with all the exercise I had today I need it to go get me to 100g of carbs for the day.

Great topic! How have your snack ( EATING )habits changed? I really started to limit snacking mid-July when I started my weight loss journey. Before then I was stress-snacking. Usually I picked healthy-ish options but it was just too much food. I put on 20lbs in 9 months doing this, even though I was still 15lbs away from…

Thank you. This approach makes total sense for me as I’m short too and being short leave less wiggle room with calories but I still want to socialise!

I reviewed my tracking today as I’ve been on a plateau for 3 weeks now. The plateau started when I increased my exercise (started bodypump and running) I started eating more of my exercise calories back. On one hand exercise has been great at making it easier to make healthy choices but on the other hand it makes me very…

I like tracking, it helps me plan my day/week. I’ve used this app for several years and all my regular foods are easily accessible. ✅Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? ❌ Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I went to a beer festival; only had a pint but then ate something that was about 1,000 calories……

I got my exercise early in the day but went out for lunch with friends and had a salad and some drinks so I just about managed to stay within my calorie budget by just having a protein drink for dinner. The weekends are th most difficult for me. ✅Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? ✅ Did I stay within my calorie budget…

I really enjoyed reading everyone’s posts yesterday. So inspirational! I woke up at 5am this morning which isn’t great but decided to make the most of it and go for a run outside... something I haven’t done in a really long time but managed 3 miles, woo-hoo! I loved it! Then in the afternoon I did a Pilates class. I…

Congratulations to all the winners in last month’s challenge! I’m a newbie and I’m looking forward to September’s challenge. I lost 8 lbs over 6 weeks but my weight loss has stalled for the last 3 weeks. I suspect it’s from overdoing it on the weekends with a lot of social engagements. I’d like to lose another 5-10 lbs by…

I’d like to join too please. I lost 8 pounds last month and I’d like to lose 8 lbs for September. I’ve been doing it on my own but joining a group would be so much better!

Pass day! 1 pass day left 😟

Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Yes 2 pass days left I love and miss running. I’m dealing with postpartum foot pain and carpaltunel so have to take it easy. I enjoy yoga, swimming and barre classes but I’ve been struggling on doing these as my husband is away a lot and there’s no one to watch our baby. For now the…

Track: Yes Calories: Yes Exercise: Yes 2 pass days left I ❤️ garlic!

I’ll take a pass today. I exercised and tracked but calories were about 100-200 over. I had a few extra treats: a large cookie, a cappuccino and a piece of chocolate so I’ve blown my calorie budget.

Hi Everyone! This seems like a great group as I’m looking for some accountability. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for a while and need to lose 15 lbs; 9 to get me into a healthy BMI, plus 6 more for good measure. I hope to see the scale moving in the right direction again this month 🤞 Good luck everyone!

Some of my favourite workouts are from bodyrock.tv. They have a huge archive of workouts to choose from, so you can probably have a different workout everyday for a year.

I'm paranoid too. Thought I was the only one. I've caught someone before using whole milk in my drink and then deny it. This was at Costa Coffee. I always keep a close eye, but it has put me off going there. I don't like the coffee at Starbucks as much but I trust them... except for maybe when they are really busy and the…

Just be a picky eater. Only eat your favourite bits. You'll probably be full before you reach 900 calories.

There 9 calories in 1 gram of fat so you would have to burn 243 calories, but they won't all necessarily be the grams of fat you ate, but burning calories is burning calories.

My bf is the same 150ish and he weighs 30+ lbs more than me too! He's slim and perfect (to me)... male mannequin sized. I wished I had his metabolism.

Totally agree : )

From my personal experience I would recommend doing cardio, cardio and more cardio to lose fat and long with a solid eating plan. Do weights to build muscle on the upper half of your body to balance yourself out and do weights for lower body to tighten the muscles already their, but do not build more muscle on lower body.

That sounds tasty and satisfying!

The most important thing to help you stick with a low calorie diet is to make sure you fully enjoy everything you eat and make sure these meals are high in protein & fibre. Here are some of my favourites: Breakfasts (about 200 calories each) 1. Porridge w/ 1/2 banana, water, 1/4 skim milk, 1 tsp maple syrup (sometimes with…

Eat them and if you experience a plateau for 3+ weeks lessen the amount you eat back. My own personal experience - I hit a plateau after losing 9 lbs and continuing to eat most of my exercise calories back. Now I only eat my exercise calories back on the weekends and I'm losing again.

I would do weights with my trainer ( 2 - 3x a week) and then cardio on non-gym/trainer days.
