I aim for around 1.5gm to 2 gm of protein per kilo of my IDEAL weight. At the moment my ideal weight is 90kg so I try to get 145gm to 180gm protein. It seems a lot but is easy to achieve with lean meats, lots of chicken and egg whites lol.
