Get some 5 finger toed shoes. They look crazy and you have to work up to wearing them a long time. But they will make you run the way you should on the balls of your feet. Its almost like running barefoot but with protection lol. I wore them in ,y first mud run and it was awsome.

Well my mom met her husband so I tried it. I met about 3 guys that I had to say ti wasnt working out, but the great thing was chatting online made it easier even after we met to call it off, after realizing the bad things. then I met my husband and he found me on there!!! It was amazing!!!

You need to eat something within 1 to 2 hours of going to bed. Something that wilk fule your muscles a bit while you sleep, if not your body is "eatting" your muscles. even if its a light protine drink like eas carb control drink or some cottage cheese. something with protine in it. nothing heavy or allot of carbs. this…
