  • Hey, Im doing good...managing to get all my water in. Went way over my calories last night with my guacamole...but it was good, so it was worth it!!! Worked my butt off this morning! Definitely seeing an overall difference in my body. Patience is key, right?

  • Having a bit of a hard go with exercise here with March break...were busy busy with the kids. Great with the calories though...not so fab with the water...lol It'll all be over in a couple of days!! How about you?

  • Good day here so far...it's a beautiful day on the east coast here in Canada (snow is melting...yay)! Doing really well with my food...my will power the last few days has been great! Going to get in some exercise this afternoon/evening. Hope everyone is having a great day!!

  • Sitting at your desk on a stability ball is apparently great for you too...you burn nore calories that just sittling in a cahir because you are using core muscles the entire time to stay balanced. :)

  • Just returned form grocery shopping...gaah...I hate that job! I"m exhausted from the chore...and my son has a speed skating tournament this evening, so I'm not sure I'm getting actual exercise in today. But I'm okay with that!   • I'm a sahm of 2..and when I have downtime (not often) all I want to do is jam the food down my throat!! :laugh: Fortunately my will power has gotten me by thus far...but I do crack some days. :wink:

  • Well, my day started off great! Then this afternoon I took a tumble and really hurt and bruised my breast bone. :sad: Seriously, you don't realize how much you use that muscle until you can't! I couldn't even unscrew the cap off the jug of milk, lol. Other than that, I got all my water in...a tiny bit of exercise before…

  • well, I've spent about $50 for a good strapless for a wedding, but normally about $20/25 for me. Unfortunately I'm not well endowed...an A cup at best, :blushing: , so I don't need the support.
