The C25K app I credit with making me fall in love with running. I restarted at least 5 times and over the course of 2 years...but once I finished it was and is the most rewarding best feeling I get from any exercise!

How is your eating? Sometimes looking at what we eat can provide alot of answers. A person who eats a healthy 1200 cals a day can eat alot more and lose weight than say someone who eats the same amount of cals, but in poor food choices. Hope you figure this out soon! :smile: LeeAnn

Hey Claire. I'm 5'3" My start weight was 123, current weight and goal weight 118. It was only 5 pounds but I had to work my butt off to get it off and even harder trying to keep it off. 5 pounds makes a huge difference on my frame!! I'm losing inches not pounds, but I'm good with that.
