Ok I am stuck on a huge plateau at the moment. Not losing weight, not losing inches. I exercise a lot, 1 hour pilates, 3 hours Body Pump, 3 hours Zumba a week. Exercise burn is between 3000 and 3500 calories/week via my HRM. I am so frustrated. My body fat % is still round 27% and I don't know where I am going wrong, I have tried eating my exercise calories back, I have tried eating only some of them back, I always eat more than 1200 calories a day.

Someone told me to work out my BMR and TDEE which I have just done, but what do I do with that information?

Help anyone got any bright ideas?

Thanks
Mandy

How is your eating? Sometimes looking at what we eat can provide alot of answers. A person who eats a healthy 1200 cals a day can eat alot more and lose weight than say someone who eats the same amount of cals, but in poor food choices. Hope you figure this out soon!

Sometimes you've just got to wait it out! Or! If you don't like that answer try radically changing the types of food you eat. Have you been sticking to the same foods habitually? Try shaking it up. OR try an alternate fast day diet for a week perhaps. I'll be interested to see how you get on
    Good luck! :-)
