Alright my lovelies!! What are we all doing for workouts/exercise? I'll tell you, I mix it up. I love to run, I do several at home workouts...including T25, PiYo, 21 Day Fix, etc I like to throw weights in to mix it up...LOVE lifting! I think lifting and running are probably my soulmate workouts, what's yours?

I'm on week 4 of the C25K program, and week 3 of the Burn Phase in CLX.
