I do a grilled chicken version. I don't like lamb anyway. I use a marinade of olive oil, red vinegar, lemon, chopped garlic, & oregano. I let it marinade for about an hour, and grill or broil. I use trader joe's cucumber sauce Tazaki sauce. Cut up lettuce, tomato, red onion. Yumm!!! I can make a salad just like that,…
