A typical day for me looks like this... breakfast: 1c. Honey Nut Cheerios w. 1c. 21 weeks and I use the elliptical 3x/week and Chalean Extreme (weights) 3x/week. I also work my abs 5 days (planks, stability ball crunches and various side bends).

They may seem pretty light but they are not light for me. Yes the 8/12 reps get lighter and that's why I add more reps but the 6 reps I'm struggling my that 6th rep. I also do push ups but I didn't mention because there is no dumbells involved.

i have been tweaking it a bit and found that I feel best eating 1500 calories/day. When I stuck to that then I was always down on the scale but still holding onto those final lbs. I'm going to try what you did and switch it to 0.5lb lose/week and eat only half (if even that) of my exercise calories. Hopefully that'll get…

Awesome results!!! I would be happy with losing 2in from my waist and 3inches from my pooch. That would be too unrealistic for insanity. I'd love to see your final pics when you complete the program. Good luck!

I haven't even started Insanity and found that while doing TurboFire I'm happiest at 1500 calories/day. I get moody if I'm much below that and I'm bloated/full if I eat higher than that. I'm sure I'll need at least that or may be even 1600-1700 for Insanity. Not sure thought?!
