Ab Exercises
What are you doing for ab exercises? I have been doing side bends (50 each side) and standing side crunches (kind of like I'm boxing side/side...50 each side). I was going to continue doing crunches on the stability ball too. Do you have any exercises that will target the lower abs but still be safe during pregnancy?

Wanting a success story...
When starting out with your weightloss journey...were there many ups/downs before you finally said this is it and I'm giving it my all? I'm just so frustrated and feel like I'm always recreating diet/exercise plans. I see all these success stories and what that but I don't know what's holding me back.
