CLX/TF Hybrid

I'm starting the Chalean Extreme/TurboFire Hybrid today and I would love to see/hear success stories. Those that have completed the workout, is there anything that you wish you did differently? Did you follow the plan exactly (diet and exercise)?

this is my second round of CLX/TF. But I have modified this version down to 9 weeks because I want to start insanity in January. The programs are amazing. I have lost 5 poounds in 3 weeks when I started tracking calories. Remember, diet is 80% of results.0

I just finished the Lean for Life phase last week! I followed a hybrid of my own making though. Mon-Wed-Fri the weight routine with a Turbo Fire HIIT workout (the 25 or 30 minute on) or a Fire 30 and on Tuesday and Wednesdays I did either Fire 55 EZ or Fire 60. I also sometimes threw in an upper/lower body or stretch on the weekend. I had a blast with it...good luck!!0
