I find sodas truly disgusting right now. Just the thought of drinking Coke makes me want to hurl my guts out.

I finally fit in a pair of 34-inch-waist jeans. When I started, I can barely fit in 40 inches!

Kitkat when I'm feeling deserving, but my usual go-to snack is banana with crunchy peanut butter. Yum!

Most of the stuff in my wardrobe don't fit me right! PS. You guys might wanna check out a blog entry I did on the cons of losing weight! :) http://theinnermonologues.wordpress.com/2013/07/03/the-downside-of-downsizing/

I used to hate burpees a lot because I always feel dying every after set. But I actually got the hang of it, and it's now the highlight of my circuit training workouts. Can't say the same for side planks, though.

I know a bad breakup can significantly affect our motivation, but there's no better comeback than showing up with a finer physique. :)

That is awesome! I also went cold turkey recently, and I haven't had any cravings ever since! :D

Definitely going to try this one this week! Thanks! :)

Celery. That ish literally gives me a headache. Also, licorice, liver and sushi.

Definitely potato chips and crisps!

Keep no mind to the negative kind! Just keep on whatever you're doing. I agree with other people here on keeping your music on. The best revenge you can do is show up on their doorstep looking fit.

Was 210 before, went to almost 170. I stopped working out, then ballooned to 245 after three years, then now I'm down to 210.

I know this is superficial, but more clothes and just generally being aesthetically pleasing. It's what I think of when I'm on the verge of stopping in the middle of a workout.

Good luck!

Southern fried chicken and fries, not necessarily together. Just thinking about it makes me hungry.

20-year-old college student here as well! Adding you now!

Pretty much everything on my laptop, and some packs of textured rubbers hidden in my closet.

I don't think that's just a "little bit of weight", lol. I'm totally speechless, mate. You did a great job. Virtual high five!
