I hear ya, fellas. I've always been drawn to bears, but I can't pull off being one due to health reasons. And I'm unfortunately hairless! Most I can do is probably keep a few of these love handles cos I reckon I look a tad better with a little more meat ;)

Last time was about 10 years ago. I ate so much during a birthday party at a clubhouse, I lost it even before I stepped into the shower room (also where the toilets are). Let's just say I left a trail leading to the cubicle I occupied. And there were lots of tears.

My top three: 1. I spend more when buying my groceries. Finding the leanest meats isn't really cheap. 2. I wear like only 15% of whatever's inside my closet since everything else is too big on me now 3. EXCESS. SKIN. IT'S LIKE JUBBA THE HUTT.

I live in the Philippines, so it's mostly a bajillion degrees everyday here. I workout at home, and I make sure I do them at night time or late afternoon just so I don't get a heat stroke or something. And drink lots of water!

^ Same as the others. I find eating the same amount of calories everyday a bit boring, so I "save" around 200 calories from Monday to Saturday, so come Sunday I have at least 1,200 extra exercise calories I can eat. So although I go over during Sundays, my weekly average is still under.

A huge plate of assorted dimsum. And by that I mean there's gotta be at least 100 on the platter.

I'd sneak into the kitchen at almost every top of the hour to have a bite on whatever food is in there + a "spoonful" of rice (and by that I meant a quarter of a cup). So by the end of the day I've eaten at least 5 cups of rice. Good times.

Congrats! I remember my first 10 pounds. I think it was my first weigh-in after starting, and I was expecting five pounds tops. That was probably one of the happiest I've felt.
