Someone was telling me that halved dried apricots with soft goat cheese and almond was good. I was out of all that and tried it with 3 halved prunes, ricotta fresca and almond slivers. Sounds gross, but it was actually pretty tasty. I forgot that she also added a drop of honey on each, but it was still good without it.0
