    ill add be accountable and realize that it is you and only you who can shed those pounds, but dont be to hard on yourself if you slip up one day, just get back on that train as soon as possible

    Don't eliminate foods you truly enjoy, just make them fit into your day, if it's junk food, maybe try and limit it and use it as a special occasion.
