Move on. Some people are just thoughtless. We can't control what others do or say, but we can control how we react to them. Use this to your advantage and don't let them upset you, but rather motivate you to keep working to get to where you don't "jiggle" anymore! Hat's off to you for improving youself!

Fantastic job! Thank you for introducing me to MFP! Almost there - keep it up!

Donated as soon as they don't fit. I believe I made a commitment to a new lifestyle and it doesn't include being overweight. "fat clothes" are no longer needed!

I'm not your friend yet, but your dinner looks yummy! May I ask what you use for the dressing?

The Environmental Protection Agency provides guidelines on how much canned tuna it is safe to eat. Roughly speaking, the guidelines recommend one 6 oz. can of light tuna a week for those weighing less than 110 pounds and two cans a week for the rest of us.

Welcome, and yes this works. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like.

I was doing well (no pain) after three days. I was a little "tender"in the abdominal area for about 6 months (no sit-ups, lol). It has been 1 1/2 years and I still enjoy my red wine and can pretty much eat whatever I want. No issues. Go on and enjoy life!

One of my favorite sayings is "words means things". Thank you for an excellent post.

I am also here because my wife showed it to me. I was always about 185 ish through college, but as I got older that kept increasing until little by little until about a year ago I got on the scale and saw 251! I struggled but managed to get around 230 ish when my wife showed me MFP (last February). I was amazed to find out…

I love how the government defines catsup as a "vegetable" in school lunches..................really? We need to get them out of our life and look out for our own.

This is reasonably accurate. Step 1 Know your speed, grade, weight and time spent exercising. Record this information on your scratch paper (Example: Speed 2.5 mph, Grade 2 percent, Weight 130 lbs., Time 30 minutes). Personally I prefer Stevia in the Raw, which does not contain erythritol, a sugar alcohol used in Truvia. Check out their website www.steviaintheraw.com.

I have read that working out in the AM kick starts your metabolism for the whole day. Honestly though, I work out first thing in the morning because I am a procrastinator and always manage to find excuse for not working out once my day has started. Good for you - the important thing is that you are working out - keep up…

You should be so proud - what an improvement!
-
You look good in all, but I like number one - very classy

Huge difference, your thighs are considerably smaller now and overall I see improvement everywhere. You may want to start measuring in addition to weighing. You have lost quite a bit in inches just from looking at the pics! Keep up the good work! If you keep losing as you have so far you'll be "feeling" it in no time.

I also work out in the morning. What works for me is to just have a banana when I first get up, my workout is about 45 minutes to an hour later. I then have my full breakfast after I finish the workout. The banana takes the edge off as I am usually hungry when I get up. I don't like to workout on a full stomach.

Stupid person. We can all do what we need to get in shape and fix ourselves. But you can't fix stupid.
