I use it at Planet Fitness and find it very relaxing after my workout. The one in the gym has infrared lights that are supposed to help with skin tone.

When I don't bring my snack to work I will take a poptart from the vending machine and eat just one and share with some co worker the other one. Drink lot's of water and believe me you'll get full.

I make the soup and eat it when it gets too late for dinner and need something warm in my stomach. I do not by any means it them every day and at every meal.
