  • Black, don't have to count any calories for that, it's hard enough to loose weight, so I just stick to black coffee.
  • The main thing is to log daily, then you can adjust your calories to get the loss you are striving for. A good start is to try 1200 calories for a few weeks and see if you lose. Don't go below 1000, you need that many for good health. If you would like to be my friend I would be happy to have you!!

  • With weight loss your body doesn't lose every week but it will as you stay with the lower calorie consumption. The suggestion about measuring is good, you are probably loosing inches. Stay with the program and you will gain success!! If you stay with 1300 to 1500 calories it will come off!! Best of luck, hang in there.

  • I am trying to stay around or below 1200 calories and make good healthy choices, It looks like it is easy if you stay away from chips, ice cream, cookies,cakes candy bars and pies. The meals don't really take too many calories, it's all the junk we like to consume.
  • Hi, I am 70 also. I would like to shed about 20lbs. It would be nice to try on something and not feel like I don't like how it looks on me. If I could loose 20 lbs. I know i would feel a lot better and look not so chubby.

  • For me 1200 calories is good for trying to lose weight, sometimes I go up to 1500, if I go above that, I don't lose. I am 67 years old, and can't get much exercise becouse of back issues.When the back doesn't hurt because of spinal stenosis I try to get some walking in.

  • Hi, my name is ckathy, I am a hair dresser-- looks like you need a cut, to even up the bottom of your hair, possibly shorter in the back , maybe with the sides a little longer, that cut is so popular now and would look really in style and good on you.
