    I always get fresh fruits as for vegetables I get fresh or frozen and for quick grabs I have cheese stick or a low cal granola bar.

    one minute-oatmeal--1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water in the microwave
    1% milk
    oranges
    lite yogurt--80 cal.
    sugar free chocolate pudding--80 cal.
    chicken breast,no skin grilled or skillet fried in I can't believe it's not butter
    I can't believe it's not butter--no calories and tastes good-- I even fry my fish in it.
    salad , lettuce, spinach, romain, I like a combination
    boiled eggs
    shed spred marg.
    vegetable soup, home made, I use venison meat
    pork tenderloins on the grill
    tuna
    sardines
    gourmet crackers
    mild ceddar cheese
    strawberrys
    vanilla yogurt(low fat) to put on top of the strawberrys
    kiwi
    apples
    bananas
    grape tomatoes-- they taste like tomatoes
    carrots

    same but watch that diet soda!! heaing diet drinks still spark insulin production thus hunger!! I drink water now. not so bad.
