Almonds, light yogurt (fat free and/or sugar free), granola bars, and apples are usually on my list :)

And if you're craving something sweet, don't get cookies or cake! Healthy Choice has great ice cream bars for around 100 calories! I prefer the mocha chocolate ones myself, they're so yummy!

Special K fruit and yogurt cereal is also one of my staples for breakfast!

Just about all veggies, 4-5 kinds of fresh fruit, jasmine rice, veggie broth, quinoa, 5-6 dried beans/peas/legumes, natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread, a couple of packages of tofu (extra firm and silken), soba noodles, wheat gluten and yeast flakes (for making seitan), hot sauce (Sriracha is my current fave), low sodium soy sauce, whole wheat tortillas, green tea, earth balance spread, several different products from Morning Star (soy bacon, sausage and grillers prime burgers are my faves right now), steel cut oats, several different types of mustards, maple syrup, and usually at least 3-4 types of nuts. From that, I can make just about any vegan meal possible, and my meat eating friends love them!
