  • I am just starting over myself. Start fresh with yr next meal, get a small note book anda write down wht you plan to eat for the day and stay with it. Get rid of the soda and go to either herbal tea, lemon water or ice water. You have t flush your system to feel better. Keep us posted.
  • I am a big fan of yogurt, diced apples, 8 grapes cut in half and chopped walnuts. You will be amazed at how filling this is and how long it will be before you are hungry again. I do smoothies with a muffin or fruit or a homemade oatmeal date breakfast bar too.
  • I make my own breads and a breakfast bar that is loaded with oats and dates and very little flour. I use it in place of oatmeal or cereal with some fruit.

  • Try some Greek yogurt with chopped apple or 8 grapes for breakfast. Very filling
  • I prefer a gym because I think it is important to socialize also when loosing weight. The human interaction is so good for us mentally.
  • Have you tried sautéing them with coconut oil? Great for carrots, zucchini and eggplant.
  • I only have one cup in the morning so still use milk but I measure out two tablespoons. Then I switch to tea. If I do a starbucks I do non fat.
