I stopped my french bread addiction by switching to pita bread. Now I just bake them using a whole wheat/ rye flour variation I've been playing around with. Way better then store bought and you can sub them for just about everything. Hot dog buns, hamburger buns, burrito's and wraps. Super easy to do.

I think all this anti pasta, anti dairy is a cycle. Someone get's bad info and then start's to circulate it. It snow balls, then everyone is scared to eat anything. North American portions are huge compared to our European counterparts. ( Where pizza and pasta came from) You can have your cake and eat it too. The problem…

Wash it, scour if necessary to remove rust. Coat the insides well with LARD. Vegetable oils leave a film, lard doesn't.. Old timers used lard because hydrogenated vegetable shortening's wasn't invented back in the day. Bake the pan in the oven on the middle rack for one hour at 375. Be very careful when removing pan from…

The trick is to cool them down as fast as possible. Once they are cool just tap the sides until the shell breaks and roll them by…

I think that anyone that want's to clean up their diet by eliminating as many processed foods as they can should do it sensibly. Personally I have found that by removing undesirables and replacing them with healthier options is the the most effective. To try and change everything overnight would make your body revolt. Inch…

I think the thing that worked for me was to wean myself off the sugar and cream. I went to whipped skim milk and agave. Then dropped the agave, then dropped the whipped milk. I only drink it black and espresso is the way to go. IMHO. I think it clocks in at 2 calories now. Best of luck:drinker:

Also use a balsamic vinaigrette quite a bit. 3 tbsp Olive oil, 2 Tbsp honey, 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar:, 1 tbsp water, salt and pepper to taste.
