If you make your diary public then some of the food mechanics on this site might be able to help you with suggestions on how to lose. The quality of the fuel matters just as much as the quantity. Other than that all anyone can do is guess on what the real problem is. :smile:

I used to carry tums in my wallet, haven't had any indigestion since I started exercising and changed my diet. Also haven't had to use my puffer. Exercise and diet heals the body....:D:wink:

I switched to espresso with whipped skim milk. I find the milk is sweet enough that I don't need sugar anymore. Plus I don't waste valuable time smooshing about trying to down a big mug of joe. :smile:

Honey is perfect food. Maple syrup is fantastic for you! Sliced bananas are great, strawberries are as well, blueberries, raspberries, homemade granola with almonds are super. Raisins and dates. I make my own granola, and omit the high calorie items, I also only consume 1/8 of a cup which I put on my 1% yogurt. There is a good recipe in this months "Cooks" magazine for making your own. And it's east peasy to do.:smile:
