  • I just went to the Doc's on Tuesday and he said for a person of 5' 5" that the low end is 125, mid 135 and no more than 145. I don't know what body type U are but mine is a medium build and I think that is what he was going on??? It's all up to how U feel.

  • This is why I use the quick calorie options. I use the basic food then I add the extras with the quick calories and I only enter a food into the data base when I have the food lable in front of me.
