  • I found that per hour Splitting, carrying and stacking for me burn 350cals. That was throwing it in a pile and then stacking it after I hauled it across my basement. And not Ax splitting, mechanical splitting.

Even with a multi vitamin if U are not eating enough U are not getting what your body needs.
