A lot of Food but no a lot of calories???
I want to know if eating a ton of low calorie foods but no coming close to 1200 a day is alright? What I mean is can we still get enough nutrition and energy if we are eating mostly fruits, veggies and lower calorie foods and is it just plain ok? Sodium, and sugar tracking
Ok so till now I kind of pushed the thought of tracking sodium and sugars out of my mind but if U are eating whole foods mixed with other low cal and low fat food is this type of tracking really necessary??? And is it better to go for the higher calorie, fat foods if it is lower in sodium and sugar?

The PLATEAU
Ok so I have been om My Fit Pal for over 50 days and lost 15 or so lbs. Usually between 15-20lbs lost I hit the Dreaded PLATEAU!!! Is there a way to avoid this or is this just a fact of losing weight and trying to become more fit??? Any advice would be helpful :)

Working on Organic and Sustainable winter foods
