The PLATEAU

Ok so I have been om My Fit Pal for over 50 days and lost 15 or so lbs. Usually between 15-20lbs lost I hit the Dreaded PLATEAU!!! Is there a way to avoid this or is this just a fact of losing weight and trying to become more fit??? Any advice would be helpful :)

    One thing that will help is to eat closer to your calorie goal each day. If you set up MFP right in the beginning (which I'm sure you did) than the calorie goal MFP gives you already has a deficit built in to lose weight. I looked at your food log and you are well under this goal on most days. Eating closer to this goal every day will help you from plateauing.
