Ok so till now I kind of pushed the thought of tracking sodium and sugars out of my mind but if U are eating whole foods mixed with other low cal and low fat food is this type of tracking really necessary??? And is it better to go for the higher calorie, fat foods if it is lower in sodium and sugar?

You know where the sugars came from, if it is from fruit, i try to not pay too much attention but if it is added stuff to some processed thing i ate then i know i cant have too much. You need to get rid of the high fructose and white sugars. And sodium is the devil i love it. Just dont go crazy with it adding it to your foods. If you can control it then do that.0
