  • I have them and I love them! I find them adequate for everyday use and I workout 5x a week!
  • My two favorites are Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and the other is No More Trouble Zones....both kick my butt!!! :smile:
  • For breakfast I always have a bowl of Old Fashioned oatmeal with a teaspoon of honey. It's low calorie and it's great for cholesterol. I love it! As for lunch I usually have a Smart One quesadilla with a 1/2 cup of mandarin oranges and a Dannon Light & Fit yogurt. Another low cal and easy meal!! Good luck!
  • Hi there, I am new to this site as well. I haven't lost any weight yet but I do have a tip for you on what you can do at home. Maybe you can rent/buy an exercise DVD so that you can still work out at home. If you rent them then you can change it up every once in a while so that you don't get bored. I know it must be so…
