Thank you Dewdrop! Ok, so my BMI is 27.7 and I am Over. It says a target weight range for my height is 125.3-169.3. I am 5'9'' and have a hard time believing 125lbs at my height is healthy....

Cyndeebee - I am quite sure I may have been in the carb addiction field. Are you drinking enough water? I used to eat at least a sleeve of crackers in a sitting. Now I just can't keep them in my house. I've gotten much better with my food choices. I think my body was craving other things, water, fruit, calcium and in habit…

Nita my weakness isn't coffee, its mountain dew...love it for some reason! Happy to report I did not give in yesterday and have it though I did have green tea with honey. So the first day of the diet was loaded with carbs....mmmmmm carbs :wink:
