Hello :) Under MY HOME you go to SETTINGS and FOOD DIARY SETTINGS, your privacy settings are at the bottom. For you to be able to view someone else's you would need to be friends with them and they will have to allow viewing via the privacy settings. Hope that helps!

Adpot4 - I've been looking into this for myself this week. A lot of people have been suggesting that I drink a protein shake after an intense workout to give my body what it needs. I've been told this will help with the hunger I am getting. Haven't tried it yet though!

Thank you and Li4g's advice, I will try to eat at least half of them back on the bigger workout days. Now when I don't do kickboxing and just walk to dog plus burning about 300-400 should I still be eating them back?

Plan your meals before hand then the drive thrus wont be an option. I plan dinners on Sunday before I go to the grocery store. If that doesn't work for you, try limiting the eating out to 1x per week....like as a reward. Also set a time that you are not going to eat after (like 7pm). I work out late so I make my cut off…
