Send me a friend request too, would love to be on your support team. I believe in you! I also believe in MFP. We're here for you.

Please feel free to friend me, as long as you have an open diary and post daily. Good luck!

I drink smoothies for breakfast about 4 out of 7 mornings. To help keep me full, I add a 1/4 c of old fashioned oat meal. It adds a great creamy texture to it too. I do not use any milk or yogurt generally, but make mine with ice, water, chia, fresh or frozen fruit, spinach, flax, and wheat germ. YUM!

Yup, add me too. Would love the extra support, as long as you have an open diary, and log every day!

My go-to when I'm starving (10am morning break at work) is 2 hard boiled egg whites. LOTS of protein to keep you fueled.

I'll make turkey vegetable soup with the carcass tomorrow! Plan to portion it out for the freezer too. Yum!

I adore you and the Mrs. Our new lifestyle - yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Logging every thing, all day. Taking a long walk in the morning to help "pay" for what I eat. Just haveing a simple meal of baked turkey, green beans, carrots, 1 roll w/butter. I got this.

No...don't minimize it...it's a HUGE NSV! Celebrate the small stuff!

Everyone has their opinion on this subject (as you'll soon see). I use the exercise calories as sparingly as possible, kind of like an insurance plan! Good luck!

I'm there for anyone who would like to add me - please only do so if you're logging every day, and have your diary open!

I have completely cut out anything fried since February...and consequently the frequency has decreased. Nothing to grease the skids, is how I look at it. I eat PLENTY of fiber and protein, I just think there isn't so much waste to eliminate! The good stuff gets USED!

I went to organic/natural. I think doing so has curbed my addiction to peanut butter in general. ?? Perhaps because of the elimiation of corn syrups, etc. ?? I remember as a child, eatting PB like a lolly. No wonder I still struggle, lol.

I suffer from shin splints 24/7, but only on my left leg. That foot overpronates, or tips in at the heel area, and my shoes are worn. I know what to for that! My most damage occurs overnight. Now that I'm thinner, I sleep like the dead, and on my stomach. The only position my foot can take is totally pointed-laid out flat.…

I just found some of my "big girl pants" in the closet, can't wait until I get to my goal to show 'em off. Party hearty gf, you've done great!

I think most will agree that 1lb per week is a reasonable expectation. That being said, at that rate, it's hard to swallow that my goal isn't expected to be reached until Summer 2013. (*sigh* it took me 40 years to get to my highest weight of 233, I should be thrilled its not taken me another 40 to take it off?!) I am…

OK. Here it is. I am 55 and have already gone thru menopause. Pffft! To the notion of difficult weight loss. I'll never, ever, look like a 40yo again, but that's not what I'm here for. I'm here to regain control of myself, in a healthy and intelligent manner. Accepting who I am today is part of the process. (And some days…

HERE is where you find your support. HERE is where you demostrate your ability to rise above the troubles, and take care of yourself, so you can take care of others. I am proud of you my friend. You are taking care of you, your family, and your extended family in the best way you can. Live each day new, and end each day…

I'm under my weight as well...and I lied then! Funny tho, in AZ you have the SAME license until you're 65. How's THAT picture ever supposed to match??
